    Let me count the ways…….
    1. Oil pulling with extra virgin coconut oil.
    2. 1 T coconut oil daily for brain health.
    3. Saute veggies for dinner.
    4. Makeup remover. (Best ever!)
    5. Evening moisturizer… I add a couple of drops of lavender EO.
    6. Once a week hair conditioner.

    I love my coconut oil!
