Embrace Body Love ~ 1 Day Event

Please Note: at the security gate, give them your name and the address above and they will give you access.
Arrive at 9:15, the event will start at 9:30 and go till 5:00. Snacks, drinks and lunch provided.
If you have dietary concerns, please make note on your registration form so I can have friendly foods available for you.
Dress comfortable and feel free to be all you! Glam it up or Glam it down….just be you.
This is an interactive program – your level of participation is strictly up to you. But I hope you are super stoked and ready to jump in to transforming your food and body experiences.
