Session 1 Replay

This first session is all about Breath Intelligence, understanding how your breath shapes your nervous system, energy, inflammation, and decision-making. We’ll focus on over-breathing, nasal breathing, nitric oxide, and reawakening the diaphragm so your body can work with you instead of against you.

Session 2 Replay

This session explored:

  • Emotional Resolution as a body-based practice
  • The subconscious mind as a predictor, not a problem
  • Sensorial resilience and presence

Session 3 Replay

This session focused on:

  • Gentle, flowing movement
