Each session invites your body out of fight-or-flight and into parasympathetic ease — the state where healing, clarity, and energy naturally arise.

This is not exercise.

WHAT THE SESSIONS ARE LIKE

Each class is slow, grounding, and deeply restorative.

You’ll experience:

  • Flowing Qigong movements that align breath with body
  • Breath practices that signal safety to the nervous system
  • Gentle pacing that meets you where you are
  • A closing breath or mindfulness practice to integrate the shift

You don’t need flexibility, experience, or perfect focus.
You only need a body — and a willingness to pause.

I came because I was anxious, scattered, and constantly braced.
