I’m a trained Personal Fitness Coach, Mind–Body Nutritionist, Eating Psychology Coach, Emotional Resolution Practitioner, Stress Mastery Coach, Breathwork & Qigong Guide.

I didn’t come to this work because it was trendy.
I came because I was anxious, scattered, and constantly braced.
