Each 20 min class is grounding and deeply restorative. These sessions are the short breaks your body, soul, & spirit need to regulate and synchronize for your energy and vitality.

- A gentle way to resolve emotional unrest
- Gentle pacing that meets you where you are
- A closing breath or mindfulness practice to integrate the shift
